Thank you for choosing Homeschooling with Hira. Please read this policy before you buy, so you know what to expect.

Digital downloads
This includes PDF books, worksheets and resource packs. Because digital files are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If your file is faulty, incomplete or doesn’t arrive, contact us and we will send you a working copy.

Printed books
We do not offer refunds or returns on printed books. If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t the book you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Recorded online courses
You get access to recorded courses as soon as you enrol, so we do not offer refunds once access has been given. If you have a technical problem that stops you using the course, contact us and we will help put it right.

Live classes, workshops and teacher training

• If you can’t attend, tell us at least 48 hours before the session starts and we will move your place to the next available batch.
• We do not offer refunds for missed sessions or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start.
• If we cancel or reschedule a session, you can choose a place in the new session or a full refund.
